Rice Village

Situated about a half mile west of Rice University, Rice Village is one Houston's oldest and most charming shopping districts. The core of "The Village" is 10 city blocks bordering University Boulevard, Kirby Drive, Rice Boulevard and Greenbriar.

Since the 1930s, Rice Village has been known for its eclectic neighborhood bars, restaurants, and fabulous shopping. The retail area has expanded to 16 blocks, consisting of 300+ unique shops, boutiques, high-end clothing stores and nation-wide retail shops.
