How to Support Houston’s Berry Family

I’m sure you’re all aware of the tragic July 2nd car accident that killed parents Joshua and Robin Berry, and left their three children (all under ten years old) injured.  Brothers Peter (9) and Aaron (8) suffered serious spinal injuries, and sister, Willa (6), suffered minor injuries.  The three children are now under the loving guardianship of their aunt and uncle, Simone and Matthew Berry.  Houstonians, as well as people all over the country, have come together to help these children who are clearly in great need of our support.  If you would like to make a donation in support of the Berry Children, please make a contribution to the Joshua and Robin Berry Children’s Trust by visiting their website at www.theberrychildren.org or www.facebook.com/BerryChildren Your contributions will be greatly appreciated and proceeds “will go to the short-term and long-term medical care, education and overall wellness of the Berry children.”

There are also many upcoming fundraising efforts locally, as well as across the country, that will raise money for the Joshua and Robin Berry Children’s Trust.  If you would like to attend a fundraiser event, please visit the events page on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/BerryChildren?sk=events to see what you can do to support this family in their time of need.

  1. First off I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question in which
I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Thank you!
